Position Summary
As an important part of our strategic growth plan and to offer closer support to our customers, DEHN ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is established in Singapore as our Asia Pacific Regional Centre. As part of the expansion, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join the marketing function.
This role will work closely with the regional Marketing Manager to enable DEHN subsidiaries in local market activation in line with established marketing best practices, strengthen brand presence and ensure brand consistency across the region. This is a hands-on role combining marketing coordination and operational support for the execution of regional and local marketing activities.
Job Description
Social Media & Content Support
- Develop content calendar, create and manage dynamic content for outreach platforms to build and nurture awareness of the brand and its product solutions.
- Leverage data to optimize content performance and recommend strategies to maximize engagement.
- Monitor social media conversations, engage with audiences and direct queries to relevant Sales colleagues.
Project Management & Asset Development
- Coordinate global campaigns between head office and subsidiaries for local activation.
- Support planning and coordination of marketing events and activities in line with marketing best practices, governance requirements and brand guidelines.
- Source, evaluate and coordinate marketing requirements such as promotional items, giveaways and marketing collateral.
- Manage quotations and deliverables to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Brand & Corporate Identity Management
- Serve as custodian of DEHN’s corporate identity and branding, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines and policies.
- Provide guidance on brand matters to regional colleagues and external vendors on proper brand usage across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, content creation or marketing communications
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining alignment with agreed objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborative and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be a plus
